As a Audit Senior, you will take increasing responsibility for client relationships, project delivery and supporting junior members of the team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting clients across a range of risk, regulatory and compliance matters
- Reviewing and evaluating internal controls and risk-management processes
- Analysing information and data to identify risks, trends and potential improvements
- Developing practical recommendations and solutions
- Breaking down complex issues and communicating findings clearly
- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Managing elements of projects and contributing to wider engagement objectives
- Supporting and guiding junior team members
- Maintaining high professional, technical, independence and quality standards
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a client-facing environment and dealing with complex or evolving issues.
You should be able to:
- Think critically and approach problems logically
- Interpret information and turn it into practical insights
- Understand broader client and project objectives
- Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Build strong professional relationships
- Work confidently in situations where the solution may not immediately be clear
- Maintain high professional and technical standards
Experience within risk, assurance, internal controls, regulatory compliance or a related area would be particularly relevant.
