The Opportunity
Cameron Wallace is recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance & Transactions for a Big Four firm in Nassau, The Bahamas.
This is a broad advisory opportunity for a qualified finance professional looking to develop their experience across M&A, financial due diligence, valuations and transaction services within an international professional services environment.
You will manage elements of a varied portfolio of corporate finance and transaction assignments, including cross-border projects, while working closely with senior managers, partners and clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting and delivering corporate finance and transaction advisory engagements
Undertaking financial due diligence assignments
Supporting mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions
Preparing private company valuations and financial analysis
Contributing to public-sector business cases and advisory projects
Performing industry, company and market research
Preparing proposals and client presentations
Managing electronic data rooms and transaction information
Leading elements of projects and coordinating cross-border engagement teams
Communicating directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Reviewing work before submission to senior managers and partners
Supporting wider business-development and marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
You should have:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years’ relevant professional experience
A recognised professional accounting or finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent
Previous experience within corporate finance, transaction services, financial advisory or a related field
Strong financial analysis and commercial skills
Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
An interest in technology, analytics and AI-enabled financial analysis tools would also be advantageous.
