The Opportunity
Cameron Wallace is recruiting Audit Seniors for a Big Four firm in the Cayman Islands, with opportunities commencing in September/October 2026 and January 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for auditors with 2–3 years’ public-practice experience to build their international careers within one of the world’s leading financial services centres.
You will work primarily with Financial Services clients, gaining exposure to complex audit assignments while developing your technical, client-facing and leadership experience.
Successful international candidates will be offered an 18–24 month contract with relocation support.

The Role
As an Audit Senior, you will take an active role in the planning and delivery of audit engagements from start to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
Planning and executing high-quality audit engagements
Identifying accounting, business and financial risks
Supporting clients with complex accounting and reporting matters
Working across a diverse portfolio of Financial Services clients
Reviewing financial information and audit documentation
Using modern audit technology and cloud-based tools
Building strong professional relationships with clients
Coaching and mentoring junior audit team members
Managing competing priorities across multiple engagements
Contributing to high standards of audit quality and client service
What We're Looking For
You should have:
2–3 years’ relevant audit experience within a public accounting firm
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary/professional qualification
An internationally recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent, or be on track to complete your professional designation by December 2026
Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The confidence to work directly with clients and take increasing responsibility for audit engagements
Experience within a Big Four firm would be advantageous but is not essential.
Previous Financial Services experience, particularly within Investment Management, would also be valuable.
Experience using cloud-based audit technology would be an additional advantage.
